This is Angie Barker's senior studio project blog. The project is creating a new identity for a non-profit, more specifically The Community Table of Jackson County for my project (everyone else in my class picked their own.) The Community Table has been servicing Jackson County for over 10 years.
Angie, The flatware in a circle has some potential but there are too many. They would not read in a small format. The pot illustration needs some refinement: there are spots of dark and overall it either needs to be very refined stylization or more loose. I'd rethink its scale. I'd like to see the bottom right on (flatware w/o pot) on the color group but without color, only in b/w. ALWAYS consider the line weights and the spaces between elements as ways to unify the overall logo.
Love it!
